We provide 24-to-48-hour repair service unless it is an emergency and that is a 1-to-2-hour response time. |
You do not have to be present to have the services completed in your apartment, we would enter make the repairs and securely lock your apartment when we leave.
If you are locked out of your apartment during office hours, you may come to the office to secure a key, if after hours you can call the on-call service, and someone will arrive to assist you with entering your apartment.
At present, additional decorating repairs will have to pre-approved by management. |

Yes, we are pet friendly and provide a dog park for your furry friend. |
There is $300 non-refundable fee for one pet and $250 for the second pet. $30 per rental per month for first pet and $15 for the second.
